Headaches: Extreme Annoyance

I got an extreme headache this last few days. I at first thought it was just migrain but I was asleep when got it so I doubt thats the reason. Anyway, I found myself awake early( around 4 am)with a throbbing splitting headache and my body temperature was high that it could be mistaken for having fever! Yet, I am not! As I am writing this, my head still hurts. I already taken a 'panadol' for it yet it still hurts! I hate headaches more than catching a flu! Arghh~! What's the cure ah??
